How do they help?

1. Administers all volunteer church building and church property maintenance including the organization of spring/fall clean-ups, painting, landscaping. May take action on items within the approved annual budget.

2. Makes annual inspection/repairs and takes an annual inventory. May take action on items within the approved annual budget.

3. Oversees access and usage of storage facilities.

4. Authorizes physical maintenance contracts within the approved budget.

5. Oversees policy for equipment use.

6. Makes recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team regarding significant physical property changes or capital/property expenditures.
