Pastor Tom Pietz
I love to try different things out in worship...youtube clips, pulling out my guitar for a song, dialoguing back and forth, walking around...all to communicate a clear and compelling message pointing people to Jesus, proclaiming good news, and only by the grace God, to make, mature, and mobilize apostolic disciples for mission. My hope is that people would grow in their love of God through immersion in Scripture and love of people by "doing life deeply together" through holistic small groups with a rhythm of study, Sabbath, and service.
Of late, my soul is refreshed through solitude retreats at Cedarly Retreat Center in Delafield, WI. I totally get energized when golfing and biking with people, listening to good music, talking one-on-one or small group conversations. My latest concert was Third Day at the Wisconsin State Fair. God has blessed me with a wonderful wife, Kris, and four children (Tim-13, Dan-10, Sam-6, Sally-4). Come stop by or send me an email. I'd like to get acquainted.
