Parsley sprigs

Boiled eggs

Salt water

Horseradish

Matzoh crackers

Wine

Cooked Lamb bones, leg or shanks (no meat on them needed)

Haroseth (recipe below) Serves approx. 12

6 apples (winesap or delicious), chopped into 1/2" pieces

Sprinkle generously with cinnamon

Several ounces chopped walnuts

Generous handful of raisins

1/4 c red wine

1/2 c honey

Mix, cover, refrigerate. Do NOT make up more than 12 hours in advance or it will get brown and soggy!
