Volunteer Wedding Coordinator Needed
Do you enjoy weddings? Would you like to help with weddings at Our Savior’s? Please contact the church office at 262-367-6000 or email oursaviors@oursaviorshartland.org if you are interested.

Family Promise host week is almost here!

Our Family Promise guests will be here soon! Currently, we are at capacity with four families in the program, five adults and seven children. Please pray for these families as well as for our volunteers and a smooth host week

Check the meal/food sign-up in the narthex to see if there are any needs not yet filled. Our guests enjoy being able to sit down to home-cooked meals every evening. This a great way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The gift cards, snacks and other foods items give our guests options for breakfasts and lunches which help to sustain them throughout the day. Thank you for your generosity.

Feed the Kids: Salvation Army Lunch Packing

Monday, August 7th and/or Tuesday, August 8th

9:00 am-12:45 pm

Our Savior’s is volunteering in August for Feed the Kids, a Waukesha-based program of the Salvation Army, works to fill children’s stomachs by filling a gap in support services for children whose households experience poverty. We are looking to send a group of six volunteers, ages 8 and older, each day. You can volunteer for one or both days. You can sign up on the kiosk. Please contact Lynn Schneider with any questions.

Bible Study 101
Were you ever invited to join a bible study? Did you join? If not, what stopped you?  If you were to come to a class titled Bible Basics or Bible 101, what would you like to see in such a class?  What can we do so that the next time you are invited to join a Bible study you respond, “I think I’d like that. Tell me more.”
Our Savior’s is planning a study/class and we would like your help. Let us know what your questions, fears, reasons, or anything to help us develop this class. Please contact Susan Weiss at syweiss@sbcglobal.net or Deb Nollen at dnollen@oursaviorshartland.org with your suggestions and questions. We are available to meet before or after worship on Sundays and Wednesdays.

Volunteers with Youth Activities
Starting June 1st, all adults volunteering with youth will need a background check. This is a policy we are implementing
to keep us in compliance with our insurance. These forms are available
in the church office or on this website under forms.  All information will be
kept confidential.
Vanco Giving App
Vanco Payment Solutions, our current E-Giving company, recently launched the Give+ Mobile app for ACH (checking) and debit/credit card processing. Give+ Mobile is FREE for members to download and use.
Search for “GivePlus Church” to quickly find and download the app.
“Bible Based, Saved by Grace, Serving Jesus Everyplace”
Our prayer is that you would be blessed and strengthened by the power of Jesus Christ and that you will live a life of abundance in fellowship, joy and liberty. Our Savior’s church is here for you. It is a fellowship of believers coming together to declare the glory of the Lord and celebrate Jesus as King. We study the Word, practice what we learn and in the process grow together. “We live by faith, not by sight.” –  2 CORINTHIANS 5 : 7
