Our Leadership Team is made up of nine elected members of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church. Meeting once a month, the team oversees the “business side” of church life—managing the budget, addressing repairs and purchases, setting policies, and more. Meetings usually last 1.5–2 hours and are typically held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm. They take place in person, with an open session that anyone is welcome to attend. If confidential matters arise, the team moves into a closed session for those discussions.
